OK, so we don't actually have a cafe in our office but we do have a great coffee machine, freshly ground beans and we can make you a lovely capuccino or espresso (or just a good old fashioned cuppa), to sip while we discuss your next fabulous project.

Meet the Team

Established in Melbourne in 2001 and relocated to Brisbane at the start of 2004, the Propeller lead team consists of Damien & Renée who together share over 30 years’ sales & marketing expertise in a range of industries from shop floor to board level.

Propeller offer a range of print-based design services, from a simple business card or press advertisement to full corporate branding packages, brochures, magazines & banners. We can even take care of the printing for you.

Propeller have also established themselves as one of Australia’s most respected web design & development studio’s. We design websites big and small from single pages to full e-commerce and community hubs.

In addition to winning the 2008 McFarlane Prize for excellence in Australian Web Design, Propeller’s websites have also been recognised as finalists in 2007 & 2009. Propeller also made the finals of the 2008 Australian Web Awards.

In addition to graphic and web design services, Propeller specialise in professional html email marketing, having helped a wide range of businesses to deliver their message in the most targeted and cost effective manner currently available.

Where we really come into our own is our ability to combine these services, offering you a one-stop-shop, saving you time, money and headaches.

We believe it’s the combination of our business experience and focus, alongside our creative and technical abilities that helps us deliver outstanding results for our clients. Oh, and the fact that we both just love designing and building stuff.

Damien

With extensive experience in sales, marketing and commercial engineering, Damien has long understood the importance of working to established industry standards whilst providing first-class service and value.

Combining time-served business acumen with a background in computer engineering; Damien keeps Propeller at the forefront of design techniques and technologies and works hard to keep things simple and effective for our clients.

Damien also doubles as Propellers’ in-house Barista.

Renée

Having spent 5 years working in the vibrant UK public relations and advertising industry, Renée returned to Australia with a renewed passion for design and marketing. Whilst working as a marketing consultant for a number of companies in Melbourne, she set about establishing Propeller to follow her ambition of running her own graphic design studio.

With a flair for the creative, Renée has turned her hand (or mouse) to logo designs, brochures, packaging, advertising and produces several magazines in addition to providing the vibe behind Propeller’s web design and email marketing.

Gorilla

Meet our own ‘Toro Néro’, office mascot and security manager, Gorilla, loves to meet and greet our clients with a friendly lick and a smile. Gorilla enjoys long sleeps in the sun, short walks on the beach at sunset, eating and playing the fool.
