The Redland Spring Festival is excited to announce the introduction of a new visual identity for our City's most iconic event. These changes have resulted from consultation with members and the community and with assistance from local award winning business Propeller.

'We felt it was an appropriate time in our history to rebrand the half century event to reflect the future and a contemporary focus on it's new identity which encompasses a celebration of music, art, food and community on beautiful Moreton Bay. It is definitely a positive new direction and the beginning of an exciting new future,' according to festival director and long time volunteer of the festival Karen Williams.

The new brand is clear, bold and instantly recognisable, and the advertising that supports will tell our patrons exactly what fun they will have before they even get to the Redland Spring Festival.

The associated tag line paints a picture of our strong community and their idyllic location on Moreton Bay.

The logo was designed by the talented Renee Buckley, local graphic designer Propeller Graphic Design & Marketing Winners of the 2008 McFarlane Prize for Excellence in Australian Web Design. Propeller's ability to work with the community and reflect their vision was paramount to the development of the brand.

The new Redfest logo will be used on a myriad of items that will promote our local flavour across the regions. Bruce Smith, executive festival member reiterated, these changes represent an important component in our overall marketing strategy. We needed to update our image to reflect our exciting entertainment program and the new Redfest logo will provide us with a lot of positive momentum.
