13 12/2007 'Success Stories' - Stradbroke Weddings & Propeller - A formidable team!

Propeller Graphic Design & Marketing have been working with Stradbroke Wedding for over two years now and our partnership has formed a formidable team.

Jeannie Sheppard, Stradbroke Weddings’ Director is one of those rare people with an amazing aesthetic eye for detail and all things beautiful and this is demonstrated in everything she does. Propeller were excited to be given the assignment to design and execute Stradbroke Weddings’ new website and printed advertising materials.

Since launching these products in 2007, Jeannie says the positive feedback never stops and her business has never looked back. Said Jeannie,

“I am absolutely thrilled with the work Damien and Renee have completed for me. Renee’s talent for design is absolutely wonderful and teamed with Damien’s incredible technical know-how; I know my business is in safe hands. Since launching my new website last year business just keeps growing exponentially and bookings for the coming year and 2009 are arriving thick and fast. There are already many months next year which are fully booked and I’m turning people away – it’s a good problem to have!”

Not only is Stradbroke Weddings’ clever marketing demonstrated in bookings, Jeannie has also been the proud recipient of a number of awards this year.

In fact, we recently asked Jeannie to slow down on winning awards or we’d have to build her a bigger home page!

When asked how she and Propeller had teamed to contribute to her awards success, Jeannie commented that without the assistance of Propeller, she doesn’t believe she would have achieved nearly as much.

“This was particularly true”, said Jeanie, “when I was on business in Thailand this year and Renee was finishing a last minute awards submission for me without very unreliable email or phone contact on my side of the world! It was a very frustrating situation, more so for Renee who I think grew a few grey hairs that day but thanks to Renee and her business network, the submission was finished, printed and bound and reached the judges in time.

Not only did I win the Award, I also won the overall Award of Distinction!

Without Renee’s patience and commitment to the job, I know it wouldn’t have been completed. That’s what I like about them; they are always willing to go the extra mile for their clients and now that they have installed their new red Cappuccino machine in their office, I’m a client for life!”
