Local Business Operator and RedFest Chairman Bruce Smith is campaigning for election to Redland City Council Division 6 in 2012.

Vote 1 Bruce Smith is designed to let Division 6 Residents get to know Bruce and read about the Issues facing this part of Redland City and Bruce’s Vision for the area. The website includes Testimonials and a Contact Form which Bruce encourages Residents to use to get in touch.

Visitors to the website can support Bruce by way of a donation to his campaign or by volunteering to help with his campaign. Residents can also stay in touch and follow Bruce’s Council campaign by visiting his Facebook page or subscribing to his email newsletter. Visitors are also encouraged to get involved in the debate and share their opinions on Bruce’s Blog.

www.brucesmith.net.au is built using the Expression Engine CMS with XHTML Strict 1.0 markup and CSS2.1-3 for layout and styling. jQuery is employed for client-side form validation whilst Typekit facilitates non-standard fonts. In this instance we’ve chosen the beautifully clean Myriad Pro.
