By popular demand Jaded Pixel have today introduced bulk product import & export to Shopify.
You are now able to export your product database as a csv file and import it back. The CSV file can reference urls to product images which will be automatically downloaded as part of the import process.
As regular readers and many of our e-commerce clients will know, Propeller are huge fans and approved developers for Shopify. Never resting on their laurels for long, Shopify’s developers, Jaded Pixel have just announced the turn-on of their Content Delivery Network or CDN to those in the tech fraternity.

Shopify store owners will be pleased to hear that Shopify’s built-in web statistics panel has just received a huge upgrade.

Otherwise known as a feed or channel RSS is a format for delivering web content. RSS is used by many news-related sites or blogs and if you scroll up to the right, you’ll see the familiar icon which denotes the link to Propeller’s ‘News’ feed.
Given that some form of news section or blog is commonplace on most modern websites Shopify has always provided a limited support for blogs.

Developed by Dean Allen, Textile is a lightweight markup language – in plain English, shorthand for XHTML. Along with many other popular CMS and blogging tools, Shopify provides Textile support for entering articles in static pages such as your ‘About Us’ page or in your blogs – i.e. ‘News’. Textile allows you to add some style to your articles without knowing any XHTML – Textile will convert your text to clean, valid code, keeping your site in order! Here’s a few examples you can use at home:
