This is a great case study in the importance of maintaining strong professional and business relationships. I've worked with the team at Propeller Graphic Design & Marketing for nearly 20 years, on behalf of various clients. Their work has always been of a high standard and they work hard to maintain relationships, whether I'm providing them with work or not. It has always been an added bonus that they have been a Redlands-based business but sadly, they've recently moved to warmer climates in the Whitsunday Region - we miss them terribly down here! Renee and Damien are legends and well worth engaging for high quality work.

We have been working with Propeller Graphic Design & Marketing in building our wine shop website over the past year. We launched the site last week and it looks fantastic! It was great to realise our concept of a deaf-friendly website which is highly visual and prominently features Auslan (Australian Sign Language). Since launching the website, feedback from our users has been overwhelmingly positive and engagement with our website has significantly improved.

I first started working with Propeller in 2009. They created the face of Boat Style with an ecommerce website and branding. Propeller have done an excellent job right from the beginning with initial brief consultation and discussing which platforms would possibly suit our requirements; to Renee’s design concepts captured my requirements and presented them in a fresh, new way. And Damiens expertise really made this site possible. He has allowed our site to be feature rich but also extremely simple for me to update in the CMS, Expression Engine. I have found Expression Engine very easy to use, and Damien has been able to customise it making things very intuitive when loading content. We have multiple types of content on each article from text, images, videos, pdfs and weblink, all very straightforward to load. Thank you Propeller for a great site.

We have worked with the guys at Propeller for many years now they are always more than happy to help us with any queries or website maintenance we may require. When we decided that we needed to fill the demand for the ever increasing use of mobile devices & tablets in making our website more mobile friendly we had no idea of the work involved. Though never saying no to a challenge Damien at Propeller was eager to give it a go. We gave him direction on the design we were wanting as well as wanting the website to match our current colour scheme. As Damien showed us 'sneak peeks'€™ of the new mobile friendly version we were getting keen to have it up & running. I worked with Damien & Renee from Propeller Global to build and launch the Boat Style site from scratch. I had very specific ideas about the site’s appearance and how it would operate. The simplest looking sites are often the most complex behind the scenes, and the Propeller team delivered in all respects. Customers and industry leaders have commented that the site is easy to find, beautiful in appearance and simple to navigate.

I also have the ability to keep my ongoing web management costs to a minimum by managing my own backroom using the Shopify platform. All communication with Propeller was done online or by telephone and to date I have not met the Propeller team in person, that says so much about their ability to communicate and build trust & rapport with their clients, without the need to meet face to face.

Boat Style is Australia’s first online showroom and shopping cart for luxury marine furnishings and has achieved considerable success, since its launch in May 2010. This in no small part because of the fine work of Propeller.
