Payment

We love what we do and we like to get paid so we can keep doing it.

Credit Card

Propeller accept Visa, Mastercard or Bankcard via the MYOB M-Powered online payment service or by telephone:- 1300 855 558. Please quote the reference number which can be found at the bottom of your invoice.

bPay

Either set up your payment via your online banking account or contact your financial institution to make payment from your bank account using the Biller code and Reference on your invoice. MYOB PAY SERVICES will appear on your bank statement.

POST billpay

Present your invoice at any Australia Post Office to make a payment using cash or EFTPOS.

Bank Transfer

Propeller accept payments direct into our bank account (Australian residents only). If you wish to pay by this method, please call us on 07 3245 7776 for our bank details.

PayPal

If you wish to pay your invoice by PayPal, please contact us for our PayPal account details.

Old-skool

Yep, though we prefer you use one of the above modern methods, we’ll still take a cheque. Please detach the pro-forma on the bottom of your invoice and send it back to us with your cheque, made payable to ‘Propeller Graphic Design & Marketing’. Cheques will not be accepted for overdue invoices.

Cash

For security purposes, Propeller do not accept direct cash payments and do not keep cash on the premises. If you wish to pay with cash, please present your invoice at any Australia Post Office and pay by POST billpay.

PropellerMail – Pay on exit or invoice

By default PropellerMail users pay by credit card on scheduling their campaigns. If you prefer to be invoiced, please contact us for a credit application.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed and confirmed in writing, Propeller’s standard trading terms are 7 days net. Propeller appreciate prompt payment. Repeated late payment will result in credit accounts being revoked.

Customers may be charged interest at the National Australia Bank Base Rate on any amount payable that is not paid by the due date and all costs and expenses incurred in recovering any amount owed including legal costs on a solicitor / client basis.

Past due accounts are eligible for recovery action. Accounts passed to Dunn & Bradstreet may be listed on their credit bureau database. This listing may impact the ability of the Customer to secure further credit facilities.

Propeller retain the right to refuse service or credit.

A minimum of $10 and maximum of $10,000 applies to credit card, bPay and POST billpay.
